Skroll Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Skroll apps, skrollapp.com, and related services (the "Services"), provided by Skroll Inc ("Skroll," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Additional terms disclosed for a purchase, membership, creator program, or seller service apply to that feature. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Contact: support@skrollapp.com.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your location. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you may use Skroll only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Paid features must be used with the account holder's authorization and any legally required parental permission. Seller and payout features may require legal adulthood, identity verification, and separate eligibility requirements.

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials and verification codes private, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, evade an account restriction, or use another person's account without authorization.

Some public content is available to guests. Posting, purchases, messaging, and other account-based features require an eligible account.

2. Permission to use Skroll

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the Services for their intended purposes. Skroll's software, branding, designs, and other platform materials belong to Skroll or its licensors. You do not acquire ownership of them.

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security or access controls except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not scrape or collect personal information, operate spam or fake-engagement systems, or access protected content without authorization.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for videos, music, images, trademarks, personal information, and other materials you submit. Availability of an audio or editing feature does not give you rights that Skroll does not hold.

You grant Skroll a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, transmit, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Services, provide the features you choose, and make the content available according to its applicable access settings. We may allow service providers to perform these activities on our behalf. This license does not authorize us to sell your content as a standalone work outside the Services.

The license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent needed for permitted retention, existing legal obligations, or copies shared by other users through available features. Deletion does not undo prior lawful uses. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Do not upload someone else's private information or likeness without the permissions required by law. Public content and live broadcasts may be viewed, shared, or recorded by others.

4. Community safety and prohibited content

You must not use Skroll to post, promote, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors.
  • Pornography, explicit sexual content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation.
  • Credible threats, terrorism, violent extremism, or encouragement of serious harm.
  • Harassment, stalking, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or disclosure of private identifying information.
  • Fraud, scams, deceptive commercial practices, impersonation, or manipulated engagement.
  • Intellectual-property infringement or unlawful disclosure of confidential information.
  • Illegal goods, unlawful gambling, malware, or other unlawful activity.
  • Attempts to bypass age restrictions, purchase verification, moderation, or account enforcement.

Use the available report and block tools to flag content or users, or contact support@skrollapp.com. We may investigate reports, remove or restrict content, suspend features, or terminate accounts based on these Terms, safety concerns, or applicable law. We may act immediately for serious safety or legal issues. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support with the relevant account or content details to request review.

5. Premium videos and paid live streams

A premium-video purchase or paid-live ticket gives the purchasing account access to the particular content identified at checkout. It does not transfer copyright, authorize redistribution, or purchase access to all of a creator's content. A ticket covers the identified live event; a replay is included only if expressly offered.

Premium access and tickets use the purchase method displayed at checkout. In the iOS app, applicable digital purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Availability, prices, taxes, and supported payment methods can vary by location and platform.

Content may become unavailable because of creator removal, moderation, technical problems, or legal requirements. A "one-time" purchase describes the billing method, not a guarantee of permanent availability. If paid content or an event cannot be supplied as described, contact support or the original payment provider for the remedies available under the purchase terms and applicable law.

6. Creator memberships

A creator membership provides access to the benefits described for that creator and billing option. It does not include separately priced premium videos, paid live tickets, merchandise, or other purchases unless expressly stated.

Memberships renew automatically until canceled, at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout. Applicable taxes and other customer charges are shown before purchase. Checkout must disclose any introductory offer and the subsequent renewal terms.

You can view your memberships under Settings → My memberships, then use View / Manage membership to access the available management options. Cancel through the billing provider used for your purchase. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the paid period ends. A failed payment does not extend a paid access period. Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes can affect access.

Deleting the app does not cancel a membership. Review and cancel subscriptions through their billing provider before deleting your account, and retain your receipts. Account deletion does not itself constitute a refund request. If you cannot access the management options, contact support.

Price changes and material changes to recurring billing will be communicated, and consent obtained, where required by applicable law or the billing provider's rules.

7. Coins, virtual gifts, and Diamonds

Coins are virtual items used for eligible gifts within Skroll. Coin packages and their prices are displayed before purchase. Premium-video purchases, paid live tickets, and creator memberships are separate from Coins unless a feature expressly states otherwise.

Coins are not a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, investment, or general-purpose payment method. They are not redeemable for cash by the purchaser and may not be sold or transferred outside authorized Skroll features. Coin purchases remain subject to applicable refund rights and the original payment provider's rules. Deleting an account can result in loss of access to unused Coins, subject to applicable law.

When you send a gift, the displayed Coin cost is deducted from your Coin balance. Gifts are voluntary and do not create ownership rights in a creator's content or guarantee a response, service, or return.

Diamonds track eligible creator gift rewards. They are distinct from purchased Coins and from cash earnings from premium content, live tickets, and memberships. A gift's Coin cost is not a promise of an equivalent cash payout. Eligibility, conversion, deductions, holds, and withdrawal conditions are governed by the creator terms and rates disclosed for the applicable feature.

We may correct duplicate or erroneous credits and adjust balances for verified refunds, fraud, or payment reversals. Adjustments remain subject to applicable law and any required notice. Test or sandbox balances and earnings are not withdrawable money.

8. Creator earnings and payouts

Creator earnings depend on the feature and applicable creator terms. Premium-content, paid-live, and membership earnings are recorded separately from gift rewards. An earnings entry does not necessarily mean that funds are immediately available to withdraw.

For the current creator membership program, creators receive 80% of net membership revenue and Skroll retains 20%. Net membership revenue is the customer payment less applicable taxes, actual external payment-processing costs, and the recurring-billing charge disclosed in the membership terms. The applicable recurring-billing charge and deductions must be disclosed before a creator accepts the program. Skroll's operating costs are covered by its share rather than an undisclosed additional deduction.

Other feature splits are those disclosed for the relevant program. Refunds, disputes, fraud, and payment reversals may produce adjustments to affected earnings. Test payments and payments with unconfirmed fees may remain pending. We do not guarantee earnings, sales, audience size, or payout timing.

Payouts may require verification and compliance with stated eligibility, minimum withdrawal, payment-provider, and tax requirements. Creators are responsible for their own applicable taxes, except those Skroll is legally required to collect, withhold, or report. Program changes apply prospectively, subject to existing commitments, applicable notice requirements, and law.

9. Stores, products, and orders

The seller identified in a listing or checkout is responsible for its products and applicable seller obligations. A creator may be a seller, promoter, or affiliate; do not assume that every creator appearing with a product manufactured or sells it. Sellers and creators must disclose paid promotions and other material relationships as required by law.

Prices, shipping charges, taxes, fulfillment details, and return conditions are those presented for the order. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and honor the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protections. Cash on delivery is not offered by Skroll.

An item added to a cart or a checkout started is not proof of a completed paid order. Follow the payment and order confirmations. For order problems, use available support channels and provide the order identifier. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming products.

10. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

You authorize the charges you confirm at checkout, including clearly disclosed recurring charges. The applicable app store or payment provider may impose its own terms. Do not use unauthorized payment credentials or knowingly submit false payment disputes.

Refund requests are handled according to the original purchase channel, the applicable product or membership terms, and law. For Apple in-app purchases, use Apple's refund-request process where applicable. For purchases processed by Skroll or another identified seller, contact support@skrollapp.com or the identified seller as appropriate. Refund availability and processing time depend on the circumstances and payment provider; no particular outcome or completion date is guaranteed.

Canceling a membership and refunding a payment are different actions. Refunding a payment may remove the associated access, and does not necessarily cancel future billing unless the subscription is also canceled.

11. Account deletion, suspension, and termination

You can initiate account deletion in Settings → Delete account. Verification may be required. Deletion removes your public profile and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy, while limited records may be retained for lawful financial, order, fraud-prevention, and other necessary purposes.

Save information you need before requesting deletion. Deletion can remove access to content, memberships, purchases, Coins, and other account features. It does not automatically reverse a purchase, waive a valid obligation, or eliminate statutory remedies or earned-payment rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, unlawful conduct, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we provide notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision. Contact support concerning outstanding orders, eligible earnings, or a disputed restriction.

12. Copyright and other complaints

Send intellectual-property complaints to support@skrollapp.com with the subject "Copyright Complaint" or another description of the right involved. Identify the protected work or right, the allegedly infringing content and its location, your contact information, and the basis for your complaint. Include any declarations or signature required by the law under which you are submitting it.

We may remove content, seek additional information, and take appropriate action against repeat infringement. Misuse of reporting systems can also violate these Terms.

13. Service availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but interruptions, errors, and changes can occur. User and seller content is the responsibility of the person supplying it. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, liability, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by law, Skroll is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. Disputes and applicable law

Contact support@skrollapp.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. Consumers retain the protections and dispute-resolution rights that mandatorily apply where they live. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction where these Terms do not specify them.

15. App-store terms

App-store purchases and use of the app are also subject to the applicable store's terms. For an iOS app distributed without a custom license agreement, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the application license; these Terms govern the Skroll service to the extent consistent with that license and mandatory law. Skroll, rather than Apple, provides and supports the Skroll service. Apple does not sponsor or administer creator offers, gifts, or rewards.

16. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will update the date above and give additional notice where legally required. Material changes requiring consent will not take effect for you without the required consent. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
